Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) from the time of purchase

  • We do not deliver on Sundays, while in some instances, public holidays could be an exception. For updates regarding holiday deliveries, please check our Instagram page

Shipping Regions

  • We deliver locally within Pakistan, city-wise. Shipping availability and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the city

  • You will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the destination city 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan. International deliveries are not available

  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time or require special arrangements

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect shipping details or refusal), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Order Cancellation

  • Products must be unused, and in their original packaging

  • Refunds are only valid within 7 days of the delivery date

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please contact us immediately at support@hansonfoods.com.pk with evidence (photos) and order number for evaluation

Late Cancellation

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may refer to our refund and return policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Product(s) must be unused, and in their original packaging

  • Refunds are only valid within 7 days of the delivery date

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please contact us immediately at support@hansonfoods.com.pk with evidence (photos) and order number for evaluation

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used or tampered with

  • Products that are close to or past their expiry date at the time of the refund request

  • Items purchased on sale or with a special promotional discount

Refund Process

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or spoiled upon receipt, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping fees

  • If the customer requests a refund without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind), we will deduct 20% from the refund to cover restocking and handling costs

  • For returns without valid reasons, the product must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and undamaged. If these conditions are not met, the refund request will be denied

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after our customer support team reviews your case

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements

Exchanges

  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another item, they must specify the exact product and its quantity during the request

  • The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges associated with the exchange

  • If the exchanged product costs more than the original, the customer will be required to pay the difference

Return Shipping

  • For products refunded due to defects or damage, we will cover return shipping costs

  • For refunds without valid reasons, the customer is responsible for returning shipping fees
