Gosht Masala

Ingredients
- 125 gms Mutton Cubes
- 500 gms Sliced Onion
- 1 kg Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 75 gms Hanson’s Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 150 ml Oil
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 75 gms Ghee
- 3 gms Cinnamon
- 2 gms Cardamom
- 2 gms Clove
- 30 gms Coriander Powder
- 30 gms Cumin Powder
- 60 gms Hanson’s Red Chilli Paste
- 10 gms Black Cardamom Powder
- 20 gms Fennel Powder
- 75 gms Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- Salt (for taste)
- Julienned Ginger for Garnishing

Step 01
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add cinnamon, cardamom & add clove to it.

When the spices begin to splutter, add onion & sauté until golden.

Add Hanson’s Ginger-Garlic Paste & mutton cubes & sauté on low heat.

Add coriander, cumin, Hanson’s Red Chilli Paste, turmeric powders & salt.

Add water, cover the pan & allow the meat to cook.

When the meat is almost done, add tomatoes & allow to cook for some more time on low heat.

Flavor the dish with lemon juice, black cardamom & fennel powders.

Garnish with ginger, coriander & butter. Serve with chapattis.
