Mutton Kidney & Liver
Serves 3
Ingredients
- 150 gms Liver (sliced)
- 150 gms kidney (sliced)
- 1 small Onion (sliced)
- 1 ½ tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Hanson’s Green Chilli Paste
- 1 small Tomato (sliced)
- 2 Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Curry Powder

Step 01
Heat oil in a wok.

Step 02
Add the onion slices & sauté for four minutes.

Add the shredded liver, kidney & sauté.

Add the curry powder, cumin powder & salt. Cook well.

When the liver & kidney are done, add the tomato slices, coriander, Hanson’s Green Chilli Paste & spring onion.

Sauté for two more minutes. Remove from heat & transfer to a serving plate.
