Pasta with Mushroom Sauce

Directions

Step 01

Warm olive oil in a sauce pan & gently sauté Hanson’s Garlic Paste.

Step 02

Add Hanson’s Fried Onions, parsley, mushrooms & simmer for six minutes.

Step 03

Add olives & salt & then the cream.

Step 04

Cover the pan & cook for five minutes.

Step 05

Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 06

Add it to the pan & toss in with the sauce for a few seconds.

Step 07

Garnish with parsley & serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 450 gms Mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ small bowl Hanson’s Fried Onions
  • 4 tsp Hanson’s Garlic Paste
  • 30 gms Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 12 Olives (pitted, halved)
  • 400 ml Fresh Cream
  • 500 gms Pasta
  • Salt & Pepper (for taste)
