Mix together prawn mince, spring & Hanson’s Fried Onions, mushroom, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, sesame oil & egg.
Add corn flour & mix until all ingredients bind together.
Divide the mixture into small balls, about 15 gms each & chill.
Soak rice for 30 minutes. Drain well.
Spread this on a plate or a flat tray.
Roll prawn balls on the rice until it gets well coated.
Place each ball on a greased tray, ensuring that there is enough space between each ball.
Steam for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
- 250 gms Prawns (cleaned minced)
- 20 gms Scallions (diced)
- 25 gms Hanson’s Fried Onions
- 10 gms Mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 5 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 gms Egg (beaten)
- 20 gms Corn Flour
- 100 gms Rice
- Salt, Sugar & Black Pepper (for taste)
