Galouti Kebab

Directions

Step 01

Mix all the ingredients very well with the minced meat & refrigerate for two hours.

Step 02

Make small patties of the mixtuer & deep fry.

Step 03

Serve the Galouti Kebab hot with onion rings & mint chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mutton Minced
  • 3 tbsp Hanson’s Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Hanson’s Papaya Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Half cup Daal Chana (Slightly Roasted)
  • Very thinly chopped onions
  • Salt (for taste)
  • Oil
