Mix all the ingredients very well with the minced meat & refrigerate for two hours.
Make small patties of the mixtuer & deep fry.
Serve the Galouti Kebab hot with onion rings & mint chutney.
- 1 kg Mutton Minced
- 3 tbsp Hanson’s Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Hanson’s Papaya Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Half cup Daal Chana (Slightly Roasted)
- Very thinly chopped onions
- Salt (for taste)
