Directions

Step 01

Toast cumin seeds, black pepper corn, cloves, cinnamon, black Cardamon seeds, poppy seeds and gram flour, separately one by one.

Step 02

Grind them together.

Step 03

Take out Hanson’s Fried Onion and crush them with hands into small pieces or in a processor.

Step 04

Marinade the beef pasanday with the grinded spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, crushed fried onions and yogurt.

Step 05

Leave for 3-4 hours.

Step 06

Add oil in a pan and add pasanday.

Step 07

Cook on high heat till the water dries.

Step 08

Lower the heat and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Step 09

Take out in a dish serve with naan, taftan or sheermaal.

  • Beef pasanday (thin sliced beef steaks) 1 kg.
  • Hanson Red Chili Paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper corn 5
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1/2 inch piece
  • Black Cardamon seeds 1-2
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp.
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp.
  • Hanson Papaya paste 2 tbsp.
  • Hanson Fried Onion
  • Hanson Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp.
